Stuff happens. The world changes. Ideas come forth that were never there before. Things are invented. People are impacted. Culture is altered. All this and more. So why aren’t there more of us following our dreams whole-heartedly?
The simple answer is that it’s hard. And people don’t like hard. Me? I like a challenge. I like next to impossible. I love things to be difficult. I know, it’s weird but hey, someone’s gotta do the tough stuff. And I don’t necessarily mean tough or hard as in physical. That’s a whole different thing entirely. That’s not what I’m talking about.
As entrepreneurs we are interested in changing the world. Are we not? If I’m wrong, tell me. I’m willing to bet that any true entrepreneur would not disagree.
So here we have these two things. (1) Something that’s hard. (2) Trying to change the world. What does that add up to?
It’s really hard to change the world.
But it can be done. We can follow our passions that will lead us to our dream and help us make our mark on the world. So really, it’s kinda…easy.
- Step 1: Find your passion.
- Step 2: Follow it to your dream.
- Step 3: The world changes naturally because you’re pursuing your dream.
Even though things are difficult. Even though this world is messed up, jacked up, screwed up and slew of other terms. Even through that, we will change the world if we just listen to our calling. I know where my calling comes from. It’s from above.
Are you listening? Are you passionately pursuing your dream? This is place of other just like you. What is your dream?
